As the daughter of Filipino immigrants, Celeste was first drawn to immigration through her family’s experiences with the U.S. immigration system. Celeste then obtained her law degree at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she earned awards and recognition for her work in representing immigrant children and victims of violent crimes as a student attorney.
Prior to joining the Thomas Law Firm in April 2019, Celeste gained 5 years of experience in family-based immigration, waivers of inadmissibility, removal defense, consular processing, and naturalization as a practicing attorney.
